Pros

It was an introduction to behavioral health post graduation.

Cons

The emphasis on making units is such that you are asked to commit near AHCCCS fraud. Scandal among management brought many changes and not for the best. If you speak up you will be bullied by program supervisors. Because there is such an emphasis on “making units” case managers that do follow through with fraudulent practices to “make units” are kept on staff, despite the toxicity of their actions and attitude. I’ve never been so traumatized in a work place such as Intermountain/Community Partners.

Pros

great atmosphere great coworkers great place to gain experience

Cons

Hire people as supervisors who have no experience Do not listen to employee issues until it's too late Allow residential substance abuse patient complaints to set the narrative and basing decisions on these complaints rather than speaking with employees whom they should be supporting - do not support their employees as they should in general
