      Pros

      Decent dispatchers, and decent lanes of traffic to run in. Benefit package is ok, but Obama screwed everyone's healthcare up, so it could be worse.

      Cons

      Equipment is in serious need to be replaced and soon. I've seen drivers change trucks 2 or 3 times in a week because their equipment has gone down. If you expect a 9 to 5 job, this isn't it! If you think your going to be off work early, some how some way dispatch will screw that up for ya. The pay scale needs SERIOUS revamping to make it worth being home every night.

      Pros

      VP was amazing and a very enthusiastic person. They always brought a great smile to work and made others feel appreciated.

      Cons

      managers that were there were not experienced at all in how to train anyone. It was a "figure it out, but don't mess up or you're fired" scenario. Very much interpersonal relationships and special treatment for certain ones....

      Not proper training. You are given a brief overview and then thrown to the wolves.
