Pros
Midwest living, great people, lots of technology, empowerment to grow. There is a sense of belonging when you meet the people and this team spirit comes from the team. There is a great opportunity to make something your own if you have the driven spirit.
Cons
Lack of support, management overload, top heavy, small company trying to be a big company. This hardware centric company has failed to capitalize on the monetization of software and basically throws it away even though a predominate amount of payroll is funding the software efforts, and the software development is way too slow for the fast pace of today's business climate.
