Pros

Benefits are amazing! The company pays 100% of medical premiums for employees and their families. We also get quarterly bonuses and bonus amounts are calculated based on how well the company does and how well you do during that quarter. Merit increases at annual reviews are quite generous as well. Plus a great office environment where you can wear jeans everyday and get to work with smart, fun people. I really think the company does a good job making you feel valued.

Cons

Training is all on the job. I actually appreciated that because it gave me the chance to learn on my own and when I asked questions, I was always able to get answers. Understand it might not be for everyone. At a company this size, I don't know that you can expect extensive training.

Pros

The corporate culture here is amazing- people actually enjoy coming into work (crazy, right?) Some of our perks include FREE health insurance (and a quality plan, no less), free snacks, catered lunches on a monthly basis, although many times we have multiple lunches a month, AND quarterly bonuses. There is also plenty of room for advancement, and resources to gain additional professional training. We also have an excellent work/life balance here. People are not expected to work overtime, and accommodations are made for family issues/ things of that nature.

Cons

There isn't a ton of structured training on the job, and people won't always spoon feed you with work to do, so if you're not a self-starter, you may be in trouble. There's plenty of opportunity to direct your own learning though, if you're capable of taking the wheel.
