Pros
It was very close to my house so I could go walking Always have the same days off (always Sunday and then a day of the week) Easy to change schedules with colleagues.
Cons
Planning changes from one day to another or even the night before without telling you. (I had to check my timetable before going to sleep to make sure they didn't change it during the day). Managers were very rude with us and even made some workers cry. Management in general was a mess.
