Not good - Career Services Advisor Interlocal Association Employee Review

Hours, pay seems decent for the field and for required experience,

Basically no training for the position, don't want to hire enough people to adequately cover office needs. Not very great insurance or benefits, but I've also seen worse.

-Clients are kind & fun sometimes -Opportunities to do outreach -Youth Team is tight

-Poor PTO -Poor management -Poor training
