Pros
Flexible location. Very friendly leadership team. Really great technical team. Previously had a solid team culture(for mobile) and still has some of those people on the team. Excellent holiday parties. Seattle office is great. Decent health coverage. New implementation of a review process could lead to some existing and past concerns being reduced.
Cons
Pay generally isn't bad, but they are resistant to providing raises and are seemingly concerned about employees knowing how much anybody else makes. The business drove out almost the entire Android team, multiple technical leads, and the founding developers within the span of 2 years by deprioritizing employee happiness. Consistent issues with resourcing. Mediocre benefits- No 401k matching(despite it being requested a lot), no separation of sick days and PTO, no paternity/maternity leave. Uses a weirdly customized version of Microsoft Teams. Upper management frequently ignores concerns raised by technical managers. Some skills aren't directly transferrable to other sectors of tech due to them being specific to Maximo. Morale has been low for a long time.
