Not designer friendly. Designers are nothing more than pixel pushers here. They might ask you to "Make it pop". No chain of command. Lots of micromanagement. Tons of legacy (spaghetti php) code. Homemade MVC framework, with no documentation is the standard framework. Often reinventing the wheel instead of using leading solutions. Getting the technologies or digital assets to do your job is like pulling teeth.
