Pros

Decent and sometimes above average compensation and benefits.

Cons

Small company mindset. Old-school corporate culture with serious tech company aspirations. Micromanagement from top-level directives is awful, they force you to take the route that they think is best even if you (and your whole team) are against it and then blame you for the bad results. Senior directives are salesman who want to innovate but don't have much experience at it.

Pros

For electronic or engineering areas, is very affordable working in, because there is a plenty work to do. A very good laboratory, electronic instruments, equipment for your dairy job. You get a lot experience if you hold working there, but if only if you have good co-workers. For a software engineer, you are alone (there are programmers, but not real software engineer). There is plenty room to innovate using software.

Cons

Lack of formal process for every field (engineer). Lack of planning for medium or long term. Always with priority jobs.
