Pros

Pay is reasonably well, and most of the employees (peers) are great to work with. We have had many great years.

Cons

Management seems very click-ish and more concerned about their personal growth than the growth of the company. Business has been slowing down, and many here are nervous about the future. We have a wave of people leave the company in the past couple of years, and now I worry that I should have left when I had the chance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We work very hard to make FormFast a place where our employees feel secure and excited about the opportunities ahead and I was very sorry to see that that has not been your experience as of late. I did want to take this opportunity to respond to some of the concerns that you outlined in your review. Firstly, it concerns me that you feel that business has been slowing down. Revenue as of today is higher than it was a year ago to date and that has been the trend we have been seeing and hope to continue to see moving forward. The fact that our business is growing and revenues are up is what allows us to do fun things like take the entire company to Vegas in the fall. Although we try our best to communicate our numbers and the success we are achieving, it seems that we have not done a good enough job of that and will need to work harder so that you feel the same sense of achievement and success. It is of constant concern to me as we grow that our internal communication remains strong and we will continue in our efforts on this front. Secondly I wanted to address the concern about the company shrinking. Last year we hired 9 new employees. As of today in 2015 we've already hired 9 new employees and we are actively recruiting for 5 additional open positions. Our numbers continue to increase and we are very excited about the many new talented team members that have come on board. Lastly, regarding our innovations and solutions, as evidenced by our most recent hire of a new Product Manager and the hard work of our Product Management Council we are spending every day working to find new solutions to better serve our customer base. I would certainly welcome feedback and ideas on ways that we can do even better. Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
