      Good training, made some good friends (all have left), flexibility of work schedule

      Cons

      New management team is intolerable. Many people of have left in past two years - for good reasons, Company is losing market share and hence value.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

      Cons

      We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
