Management does not have departments work together; rather allows some to destroy other' s ability to produce quality work with no attempt to improve easily addressed issues. Owners look the other way rather than have pride enough to improve business practices. Employees not held accountable for actions that negatively affect others. Terrible benefits even though large enough to have better choices for employees. but is more concerned about having more profit for owners.
