awful management
any of the higher-ups are comeplete phonies. they act like they know a lot but you can tell they don't
very snakey coordination between managers and supervisors,
horrible in-office culture in some departments. You'll work 40+ hours a week, get told not to do OT but make sure you get the stuff done. Results in unpaid OT. While other departments do nothing and leave aerly. Horrible communication between AZ and NM. Horrible inter-office communication as well. Management is trying to save the company but they're the wrong people for the job.
