Cons
While they Excel at what they do best, if you are outside their niche area of expertise, this may not be the company for you.
One of the best at what they do but not a full-service consulting organization.
The people, full of passion and they really earn their expert status.
The relationship with Microsoft, it's close, closer than they can disclose.
The room for growth, great leadership and professional development opportunities.
The access to cool projects, you can work on the most exciting projects in the world.
Cons
Don't pay at the top of the market.
Maybe too much of a focus on Microsoft
Don't have a bonus system for regular employees.
