      Interfolio attracts smart, collaborative employees who believe in higher education. Senior leadership is open to feedback, and there's a refreshing lack of ego and hierarchy. Opportunity to advance, especially with the recent acquisition by Elsevier.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.
