Pros
Joining Interfolio has been a great decision for my career and work/life balance. My coworkers have been nothing short of supportive, and my managers have opened up opportunities for me to grow within the company and within the job market as a working professional. As the company still has a "start-up" vibe, there's never an unexciting day at work (at least for me anyways!). As we are still a small company, I feel as though my contributions make a strong impact on the product and clients - This is something that I find particularly important. Strong work ethic is definitely recognized and celebrated. This isn't something you get so much at a larger company. All in all, great people led by the same vision. Location in DC is also awesome!
Cons
If working here (and this can also be a pro), you need to be extremely versatile and flexible. Start-ups not only expect but require hard work and talent coming out of their employees, and those that succeed and stay are the ones who are ready to roll with the punches.
