Incredible product making a real impact in the lives of faculty and students, no vaporware, no false promises. Innovating every day in an underserved category. Leaders who have been there before, and don't make the same old start-up mistakes.
Cons
Colleges and universities talk the talk but still don't invest enough in their number one resource, their faculty. If they did, every single one would be using Interfolio. We'll continue to educate and press Provosts and Deans to to press forward.
