Pros

- Collaborative - Fun (you never know when a nerf gun war is about to breakout, or a drone will fly past your desk) - Fast-paced - there is always a new project to be worked on and working with multiple teams at once is very common. - Invest in their employees - we (as employees) are regularly asked about professional goals and where do we want to grow. Interfolio has always helped ensure we reach our professional goals and puts financial investments in its workers - Great work environment - coming to the office is never a drag. Centrally located and easy to get to. Once in the office, you can work at your desk, at one of the many standing work areas, on the couch, in a lounge chair, at one of the many coffee shops near by, in a private office, or huddle with your team in a conference room. You work where you work best! - Awesome people who are interesting, passionate, and hard (HARD) working

Cons

- People are really busy making great stuff happen. If you're not a collaborator I would recommend looking elsewhere - People love to get to know you as a professional and a person. Office happy hours / events happen all time and people will take a real interest to get to know you. If you don't like people, it may be difficult to adjust to such an open and friendly office culture.

Pros

I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

Cons

Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

Pros

Love my coworkers & culture. Bit more corporate since the acquisition by Elsevier

Cons

Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
