Wide variety of work and access to some really smart and experienced co-workers
Cons
Management won't invest in anything They asked me to sign a new contract and told me to my face it was no different to the last one, the truth was it locked me in to pay them back for all and any training received for 5 years. This was after I accepted training in exchange for no pay rise. Basically their HR lied.
