Strong leadership focused on improving the business. The company used to have poor communication and a sleepy culture. Happy to see investment in strong talent and new products.

Historically had turnover issues in the manufacturing facilities. The prior CEO was divisive and scattered. The company's strategy is still becoming more focused with the new leadership.
