      I cannot ponder on any pros with this company.

      Cons

      I come with several years of experience and they only pay $50 each visit late billing paper check Never got more than 5 referrals within a 10 year span My office assistant asked for a increase and was told no not BBB accredited

      Pros

      My time at IEAP was nothing short of amazing! Management really works hard to foster a safe, caring and structured place to work, learn and grow. The work/life balance was also an amazing perk.

      Pros

      Good company doing good work. Employees are good to work with and care about doing a good job. Very supportive of employees. They were not micro managers. Delivers a good product with excellent customer service.

      Cons

      The economy has hit them really hard and Stand alone EAP's are being run out of business by big insurance. So small has difficulty competing with big insurance.
