Interface is home to some of the most knowledgeable people you will ever meet wide range of professionals that will take the time out of their busy schedule to help you succeed. As I stated previously, the opportunities to learn from established leaders are here; You want to learn engineering - Interface has them, how about becoming a Machinist - Interface has some of the best in manufacturing, technical writing, sales, information technology, Training and much more, Interface even has a resident Master Black Belt that can train you and have you certified in lean 6 sigma. This company is a wealth of knowledge to those driven enough to want to learn and it is refreshing.
Cons
Interface should have better Coffee options, lol not really a Con but outside of that, I do not see any.
