      No pros.Worst Company but good for Digital Marketing.

      Cons

      No work and life balance. Gives less salary than what was discussed on phone. They can fire you any time. Only those can survive who behave very nicely with managers.

      IBS interacts with you on a regular basis to ensure that you are meeting the clients needs

      Cons

      IBS is not good in finding you additional work once you leave your current projects. In addition, IBS should keep up on the latest IT trends to ensure that their consultants skills sets are in demand.
