Pros
Fair pay, flexible work environment, sincere upper management. I met with the CEO Chris Quinn once during my time there. He invited me to attend a weekend breakfast with a group of my coworkers but I unfortunately was unable to attend. For the short time I spoke with him he seemed easy going and thoughtful. I received the same regard from other members of upper management. Everyone was eager to hear new ideas and supported positive thinking. Although this was an entry level job, I feel as though I learned a lot from my time here that I am able to apply to my future endeavors.
Cons
Competitive work environment makes advancement difficult. Many people are applying to the same positions so you have to stand out to be considered.
