Pros
I work at their branch office outside France, but currently working from home because of the pandemic. Here are my observations.
-open communication between coaches and coordinators/admins
-comprehensive and detailed best practices for teaching English
-possibility of a pay rise
-possibility to work in other areas aside from teaching, such as pedagogical work and language level assessment, given that you've undergone the required training by the company
-timely feedback and update for coaches
-the lessons given are based on the coach's ability to give meetings. They make sure that the coach is comfortable or has the skills in taking on a low-level or high-level learner and also encourage everyone to expand their knowledge of teaching level 1 to 6 learners.
-even if we are obliged to work at the office, the company is kind enough to allow some of the employees to work from home 1 or 2 days per week
Cons
-there's a particular way of teaching or doing things, so training period could be quite intensive. But the team is encouraged to help one another and there's a team of team leaders to answer your questions.
-you might receive complaints from the learners sometimes, especially if you are not familiar with the culture. The thing is you should be careful what to discuss with the learner. Stick to general subjects and avoid personal ones. We have support documents, so you'll be fine if you diligently follow the support.
-somewhat unsociable working hours. I am based outside France and we have a huge time difference. It's sometimes hard to communicate to your colleagues in person as you have different shifts. Also there's a possibility of receiving late responses from France office.
