Pros

cab facility, decent initial salary for freshers-35k per month, fixed timings,5 day week

Cons

they will literally treat u like u r replacable and are not of much worth and india has a lot of unemployment so replacing us wont matter at all,no chance of career growth as it is strictly hierarchy based,so no matter how many skills u learn after joining it will be of no use when it comes to ur salary, very little hikes..mostly btwn 3-7% only.senior mgmt is the worst of all...doesnt feel like usa based at all, employees are not allowed to directly reach HR..though they say we can.if we do..hr will question team leader and he/her will question us in return asking y we didnt tell him/her,HR policy is also worst..no secrecy of female employee complaints,no sabbatical leaves,no weekend fun.they conduct annual meet saying its a transparent company..but i have enough experience to say that they r all just words

Pros

Creative and dynamic company attempting to provide automation, transparency across complex markets. Lean org with minimal bureaucracy in attempt to be agile and mobile.

Cons

No hybrid model, 5 day in the office not in line with industry or general market.

Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.
