Pros

1. Work-life balance 2. You can use your lunch break as you wish 3. Health insurance 4. Subsidized gym membership 5. Work from home scheme was launched. Not sure how it is implemented.

Cons

1. Below market value pay package. Their starting point is 29K for Dublin. It used to be 26K until March 2019!! + 10% bonus 2. Toxic work culture (harassment, objectification by men and racial bias) based on lack of accountability 3. No screening system for personality/behaviour. There are people in Dublin office with deep character flaws, narcissistic and sadistic personality disorders. A mental health disaster for others! 4. Incompetent and unethical HR and management practices 5. Dublin office is like a zoo. Disgraceful work space. Least to say indignant. 6. Complacent and uninspiring colleagues. 7. No career development path or investment in you unless you consider Data Analyst 1,2, Senior Data Analyst and Manager a career path. (Yes, free online courses which are already publicly available on web.) Data Analyst job in the market requires SQL, Python, modelling and etc skills. You do not learn nor require or acquire these skills at ICE) 8. You are disposable. The annual performance review means nothing, nor can you use your performance review to ask for a better raise than the standard annual raise of EUR 1000 they give you. Not recommended if you value your mental health. If you are absolutely desperate to build your CV and have an income until you find something better, go for it.

Pros

A very distinct culture of gritty, brilliant individuals. Very generous compensation. Lean org structure with access to the senior most leaders.

Cons

Not a company for those who aren't self starters. You will thrive here if you are diligent and independent.

Pros

The company has good benefits and, for now, free breakfast and lunch in one building. Nice gym in HQ.

Cons

The company is very inflexible and absolutely does not tolerate remote work in any capacity. Even if you are the only member of your team in the office and could easily be remote, you will be required to be in office to take Zoom calls. In general this matches with the company's overbearing culture and "eye of sauron"- like micromanagement. Some higher executives work remotely, but they have sweetheart deals that don't apply to everyone, so if you need flexibility look elsewhere. Atlanta, even in difficult economic times, still has plenty of competition that is much more flexible than ICE. The company location is surrounded by nothing, so while JP Morgan can mandate RTO in their accessible Manhattan office, the Atlanta workers don't have it so rosy. If the company would relent on in-office it would definitely improve, but the fact that they don't leads to high turn-over and is why so many H-1Bs are present: they can't leave as easily. The company aggressively controls your time with a badge dashboard so one day you will get an email out of the blue asking you about it.
