Rate - IT Technician Interco Employee Review

Great team. Everyone were nice and can learn a lot.

There are no noticeable cons.

Direct coworkers were great, complimentary snacks and drinks, nice kitchen and dishwasher, good restaurants nearby.

Ridiculously low pay, very difficult to get time off (5 days of PTO per year... with no rollover? Really?), very toxic work environment (cameras in some room so the big boss can watch you work... careful if you smile on camera!), long hours with 0 shift flexibility. Boss(es) think they are above you and won't care much at all for your opinion. There isn't much climbing the ladder... even the interns are <4 managers away from CEO. Solutions that the boss(es) push for are band-aid solutions that need to be fixed or completely changed in the near future. Spend a week there and see how unhappy people seem there... Just an overall mess.
