Nice new office building, many company events, and decent medical plan.
Cons
Hostile work environment. HR Director screamed at staff on many occasions and was disrespectful to employees. There was no career mapping or growth potential. The Marketing Director yelled at staff and was extremely unprofessional. Overall, a poorly run company.
