The mission and vision are fantastic; I wish they would deliver on their purpose. So many people are in need of services like these.
Cons
Little investment in front-line employees. Little reward or recognition. No promotion of employees or opportunity for them to advance their career at InterCare. Way too much investment in the executive suite for what they are delivering. Failing to maintain financial stability.
