Worst ever company I've worked, No respect to employees, no job security, very Rude management, No Work- Life Balance - Senior Graphic Designer Interakt Employee Review

1. NO RESPECT TO EMPLOYEES. 2. Will be pushed in to the state to think are we really capable of working. 3. Have to talk to the managers with fear. 4. HR Gets a original certificate and while leaving the company employees will be pushed to the state of frustration to get it back. 5. Once you resign the job ull not even get a bit of respect during the notice period. 6. After leaving company ull have to nearly die to get the documents like PF, Form 16. 7. No Managers like HR, Accounts will give you the real information. 8. Managers will not stand by their word as promised.have to keep calling them for any documents. 9. Will be forced to work more than 14 hrs. 10. No flexible work time. Should be in at he Office time 8:30 am but can't leave even at 7 pm. 11. I have worked 2 days without break.Some have worked for 3 days without going home. 12. People will get fired if not required. 13. Should be feared to managers. 14. Will be treated as slaves. 15. Cant even stay for 3 months. 16. No Benefits. 17. No Facilities. 18. No cab will be provided even if you work late night . 19. Attrition is high. 20. Wont get leave when required. 21. Spoils personal life. 22. Laptop will be provided so that employees should work in home, also during weekend but Internet service will not be provided. 23. MANAGERS YELL AT EMPLOYEES IN WORK AREA IN FRONT OF ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES. 24. No work ethics. 25. VERY BAD WORK CULTURE.
