Pros
I have always been skeptical about companies that win best workplace awards. Interactive was no exception. The interview process was transparent and closed out within four weeks. Three months into my role, people inside and outside of Interactive are open and upfront with their communication. No hidden agendas. Clear goals. Surprisingly a great place to work.
Cons
I am yet to find any significant issues that I haven't been able to raise and resolve internally. I'm not pretending that Interactive is the perfect company, there are bound to be things that don't work, that's the nature of human beings working inside imperfect structures.
