Forward looking agency, always looking to be on the cutting edge. Was always a pleasure to work with the people there. Very creative teams and good work output. Good thinking approaches to work, and the teams often strove to deliver excellent work. Award winning agency at local level.
Cons
There was quite a bit of politicking within the broad group; sometimes to the detriment of actual work. Compensation could be better. Investment in digital tools were not a priority back then. There were too many junior staff, so the leads always had too much on their plate.
