      1. There are very few good engineers and managers who really support and have a growth mindset.

      1. Unsupportive Management and HR - they blame employees even when managers are wrong. 2. Toxic Work Culture – Office environment fosters fear rather than collaboration and encouragement. 3. Very Rigid. 4. Bad management and bad communication.

      - lunch credit - 3 days in office, 2 days wfh

      Cons

      * no sign-on bonus or initial rsu grant; stock is granted at year-end and still subject to a 5-year vesting schedule * 401k match takes 6 years to fully vest * very old tech stack, with little to no effort to modernize anything * most engineering managers have been here for 15+ years and seem fairly out of touch with how modern tech companies operate; communication is difficult and there’s a noticeable lack of vision
