As a 100% remote collaborative workplace that helps people work better together by demonstrating the power and transferring the skills of conscious collaboration, it values client service, professional excellence, stakeholder voice, shared responsibility, principled action, human dignity, and social responsibility.
Cons
As a smaller, consultative organization, there was not an opportunity for me to advance, but I learned an amazing amount from their L&D offerings, which was something that I never experienced with another employer.
