* Their pay is abysmal (and most outrageously for their contract employees) * They don't walk their talk with some aspects of the workforce. Which is worse: the company that professes great values about stakeholder inclusion, the importance of trust, dignity in the workplace, etc. - and abominably fails to live up to those; or the company that knows it's about squeezing its people and doesn't pretend otherwise? I say the former.
