Pros

UX is software of decent compared to market. Documentation is better than the norm.

Cons

Software inefficiencies are hidden by marketing fluff and UX. Mid management is woefully unprepared and childish. Complete lack of transparency between upper leadership and rest of company. Innovation is not there, and new ideas are not encouraged. Be prepared to put ya head down and do things as status quo.

Pros

You're selling a product that really stands above the competition and the company provides a very hands of approach to the sales process. The sales teams is really more like a family of highly qualified individuals. Also, management are all former salespeople which is what you want because they understand the ups and downs of sales and they're not pushing unattainable goals and quotas.

Cons

It's really hard to say a lot of bad things about Interact truly. I think the only thing I could say is that Interact is very white male heavy environment but they are currently doing a lot more to change that. I don't really blame Interact for it I think it's the industry to which we exist.

Easy worklife balance Great product Good people

Cons

Recent turnover in management There is one AE that goes to all the trade shows and takes all the leads for themselves, and the rest of us are left with nothing. Hard to hit goal when there's no meetings.
