      They provide support for housing and opening bank accounts.

      Cons

      Not livable salary specially for breadwinners. And if you search your housing online, it shows that it asks for a significantly lower rent, making you wonder if the company takes a part of your rent. (As if they're not already pocketing a huge chunk of your supposed to be salary)

      The work is fun if you like teaching.

      The pay is rather low. Lack of transparency year to year about renewal of your contract.
