      Good learning experience Friendly students and staff from my JHS They pay on time

      Cons

      Low pay, untrustworthy management, lack of constructive feedback or advice, if none of the teachers speak English, and you don't speak Japanese, you may have issues, constant observations, bad training

      The work is fun if you like teaching.

      Cons

      The pay is rather low. Lack of transparency year to year about renewal of your contract.
