Positive atmosphere, interesting projects, interesting people, cares about employees, goes above and beyond to take care of employees, keeps up with latest technology trends, 8 consecutive years on the Inc 5000 (serious consistent growth!), surrounded by intelligent people to learn from and teach to sharpen skills in all aspects of IT, and of course Beer Friday.
Cons
Hard to think of anything I dislike about this place or the people. It gets better every year i work here. If I had to pick something, the bathroom on my side of the building only has one stall.
