Pros

- They are very deliberate about staying small and hiring great employees. My colleagues are the best people I have ever worked with. - The company is not revenue driven but rather solutions and people driven. There are no hard quotas or numbers to hit, just do your best work and find the best clients. - Your voice is genuinely heard because the leaders truly care about you as a person. - Very diverse revenue streams so when the economy takes a turn and when COVID hit we were well prepared to weather that storm and actually came out stronger than the previous year.

Cons

- Pay is lower compared with other consultancies. They will typically start you off with a pay cut depending on where you come from. A lot of the company is based out of Oklahoma which has a lower cost of living so that indirectly penalizes people who live on the coasts, even when they adjust for cost of living. - There is no upside or variability in your pay for when you do well (commission, bonus, equity, etc.) but on the other hand there is no quota anyone has to meet. - It used to and continues to be a very flat organization so it can be very confusing sometimes as to who is in charge, who is responsible for doing something, etc.

Cons

- juggling 3+ calendars and tracking every hour is a tedious chore - shifting gears between different client projects all day can get mentally exhausting
