      The people suck. Senior management - ok. Some people in the middle management have ruined the working culture.

      Sometimes rigid policies coming from parent company. Corporate culture not overly exciting.

      Interesting clients and challenging projects. Workplace flexibility, including the ability to work from home (or anywhere) as long as you are a disciplined worker.

      Cons

      No real management to speak of. You are very much on your own in determining your projects and career path.
