      - Lots of interesting projects - Mobility to try out other practices - Great place to learn - People are extremely friendly, easy to get along with and genuine - Management wants to see staff grow and improve - Lots of highly intelligent people

      - Company culture can be a little dull, which is due to the office's location - Pay is low for Vancouver

      Interesting clients and challenging projects. Workplace flexibility, including the ability to work from home (or anywhere) as long as you are a disciplined worker.

      Cons

      No real management to speak of. You are very much on your own in determining your projects and career path.
