Pros

Mostly really nice people. Lower level employees want to do things right and well for the customers. There is potential for AI work that is happening to make the EMR product better. Inclusive of different demographs from what I can tell. Pay is good. Company future will be successful.

Cons

Low level of work life balance. For example 40 hour work week written in the employment contract, But you average more than that anyway, especially if you have to travel interstate in your role. No compensation for long travel outside hours which can be fortnightly or monthly. They keep teams and departments really lean to save money so progress is slow. Especially in product development. Very very very anti work from home, and minimal work flexibility for 2025. Many talented colleagues have resigned because of this. Only 2 Fridays a month (every 15 week days) allowed to work from home (unless you're a developer or important). Don't like spending money on staff. For example the computer hardware is not modern (small monitor screens and wired mouse and keyboard etc..), the office decor is really bland, and the company doesn't organise anything social outside the office. Employee redundancies happen.

Cons

Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
