      Excellent people, inclusive culture, almost everyone is very passionate about his job. If you think of yourself as an overachiever you'll find a lot of good mates.

      no clear career path for technical figures, proprietary technology which fill a niche market

      Pros

      Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

      Cons

      Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
