      Freedom to do what you like the most, great culture & values. Great place to work.

      It is a very horizontal managent company. There are some people who don't have management skills and manage you.

      Pros

      Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

      Cons

      Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
