Worst company to work for - Anonymous employee InterMiles Employee Review

Post the hiring of new interim CEO the company has gone in shambles. No Ethics, no sense of professionalism. Racist remarks are been made in Townhall, employees/ vendors are not given their dues on time. Complete harassment is going on by the new Interim CEO and CBO. One of the worst companies to work for. The current management do not have any business sense and just managing employees by doing micro management. The productivity is managed by IT team monitoring the no of mails send by individual. One who wants high salary but no experience should join this company at this time. Earlier management was the best team to work with, but now the it has been grounded forever
