Pros

Free coffee every morning. Real coffee too, not the stuff in k-cups. Right next to Costco

Cons

Will get the "we're doing amazing things" on-boarding speech. Sign in and out with a fingerprint. Clock in no more than 5 minutes early, no more than 5 minutes late. 30 minute lunches, also following the 5 minute rule. Track your whereabouts with a log book, unrelated to clock-in and out system. Hostile HR. A vicious firing occurred in the first two weeks. Engineering had to go through the sales orientation. I had to pretend to be on a call with an 'Angry customer' played by the orienter. I'm a programmer. I talk to boxes, not people. You can't keep any materials (including NDAs) given to you outside of the drawer in your desk. Will send a lawyer to bother you after you leave (cease and desist). Will repeatedly ask if - and imply that - you inserted malicious code when you leave.

Pros

None really, work environment is fake. Even the coffee was awful.

Cons

You get the companies sales pitch even if your not in sales. 30 minute lunches. No Direct Deposit for payroll. Furthermore payroll is handed out after everyone's 30 minute lunch break.
