Loved my boss but there were too many executives and managers managing - Project Coordinator InterMed Group Employee Review

Too many executives and managers managing and not enough people actually doing the job. They would let people go and never hire the position back so everyone just took on more jobs and they would hire more managers at huge salaries and not actually replace the workers. The 3 years I worked there I got one barley a dollar raise.
