In this industry, there are only one or two Independent Service Organizations with a sole focus on medical device services. The company genuinely has individual employees and the customer's needs at the forefront, and everyone is working hard for a goal of our customers loving InterMed.
Cons
The industry (like many industries) is challenged with getting good people/talent that appreciate diversity and inclusion of thought while working as one team. Our most seasoned technicians are retiring and we are growing so it's challenging to gain their knowledge.
